1. Who We Are
House of Crockery is operated by The Crockery House, a retail business based in Kapurthala, Punjab, India. All purchases made through this website are subject to these terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Accuracy
We do our best to display products accurately — descriptions, images, colours, and dimensions. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings. We reserve the right to correct any errors in listings at any time.

4. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs on your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

5. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or delivery limitations — with a full refund where applicable.

6. Payment
All orders are prepaid. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Cash on Delivery is not available. Transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway partner.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and delivered within 3–8 working days depending on location. We ship pan-India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
We accept replacement requests only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products — reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Refunds are issued only when replacement is not possible. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

9. Limitation of Liability
House of Crockery is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the brand name, logo, product images, and descriptions — belongs to The Crockery House. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is not permitted.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kapurthala, Punjab.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
